Its two large terraces are perfect for long relaxing lunches as the children play in the garden and paddling pool.

With a total living area of more than 250m², the house comprises on the ground floor :
- A separate entrance hall with a dressing.
- A very spacious, light and bright open-plan living room of more than 70m².
The stylish sitting area has sofas and comfortable armchairs, open fireplace and flat screen TV. The large glass sliding door leads directly to the front terrace and pool area.
The formal dining area has an oak table and matching chairs to seat up to 12.
Second glass sliding doors lead to the front garden.
- The open plan style kitchen has traditional wooden cupboards and tiled surfaces, a 4 rings gas hotplate, microwave, oven plus dishwasher and fridge freezer. The amount of crockery, cutlery and glassware provided is very generous.

From the sitting area, a large corridor gives access to the first 3 bedrooms:
- a first double bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and large wardrobe.
- a very spacious double bedroom with a queen size wooden bed, bedside tables and lamps, and built in wardrobe. Its glass doors lead to the pool area.
- These two bedrooms share a very spacious and beautiful family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower unit, two washbasins and toilet.
- A third bedroom with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a modern corner sofa. It enjoys an ensuite shower room with a walk in shower and washbasin.
- a separate toilet is also available on this level.
On the opposite side of the kitchen is the independant studio, ideal for teenagers or a young couple looking for privacy. It comprises on the ground floor a sitting room corner, a breakfast kitchen, separate toilet, and at first floor a huge AC bedroom with two double beds and ensuite full bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Please note that the staircase has no handrail at the bottom, and so is not suitable for young children or elderly people.

Although the house is very comfortable, it is most probably outside that you will spent most of your time.
- The beautiful swimming pool is 5x10m and 1,60m deep, and is for your exclusive use only. Adjacent, the 2mx2m and 0,5m deep paddling pool will be a delight for our youngest visitors. Sun beds and parasol are available for use.
- The covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen has a built in bbq and a table tennis table.
- The second covered terrace, at the summer kitchen level, has a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. The perfectly fitted summer kitchen is ideal for you to enjoy all day. It comes with a cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, inside table and chairs and living room corner.
- All around the house is a very spacious flat garden with grassy areas and mature trees, ideal for footbal games or quite simply relaxing.
- Gated parking area is available for up to 4 cars.
