The entrance to the house is via the majestic stone stairs and through a solid wooden door:

* a fabulous, cosy lounge with stone walls, beamed ceiling, french doors open onto the terrace with views over the garden and pool. Comfortable sofas are set around the imposing stone fireplace, and the flat screen TV.
* the fully fitted, painted kitchen with a solid wooden dining table and 8 chairs. It is superbly equipped with a gas range style stove, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, boiling water tap, toaster, piston coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery, glassware and pans to prepare tasty home cooked meals.
* a dining room with antique wooden dining table, wall tapestry, rug and lamps. Another two french doors open onto the raised terrace.
A long corridor leads out of the dining room and gives access to:
