LE DOMAINE DE LA SALAMANDRE is a superbly equipped, architect house with private heated pool, enclosed garden, AC, speed wifi connexion and garage.

The property benefits from a peaceful location, whilst being just a stone's throw from all of the shops and restaurants which the town has to offer.

It comprises a full equipped house at terrace floor and two self catering studios at street level. It is therefore ideal for 10:11 guests

Recently and fully renovated and equipped, it is extremely comfortable and would be an ideal base for a large family of group of friends from which to explore Sarlat and the whole Dordogne.

From the street, the stair leads to the front terrace. The solid wooden front door opens into:
* a spacious formal dining room with a modern dining table, 6 chairs, and a sideboard
* its glassed doors lead onto the conservatory room, with another sitting area, ideal for a drink (or two!). From this toom you can get access to the main terrace and to the master bedroom on your left.
* a comfortable sitting area comprising two sofas, a flat screen TV; coffee table, lamps and rugs.
* Opening off the living room is a fully fitted modern kitchen. It has all the necessary equipment for preparing home cooked meals: electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

At the left side of the entrance hall, a small corridor leads to the three bedrooms on this floor:
* a double bedroom on your right side, with bedside tables and lamps; chest of drawers.
* another double bedroom on your left side, with bedside tables and lamps, a standing miror and a large built in wardrobe.
* it is interconnected with the master bedroom offering a lare double bed (160cm wild), bedside tables and lamps and shelves. This bedroom can also be accessible from the conservatory room.
* These bedrooms can share a newly fitted shower room with tiling walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.

From the garage at street level or from the dining room, you can access the basement level where you will find:
* a double bedroom with double bed and a large dressing.
* a large shower room is situated just next, with a walk in shower, washbasin and WC. There is a washing machine and a dryer.
* the second living room, in the basement, has a large pool table, a sofa, a fat screen TV and a enclosed fireplace.

the TWO STUDIOS L'Echappée Belle and L'Envolée are set on each side of the garage. They are both fully self catering and offer a very comfortable sofa bed, a private shower room, a small kichen and dining area, a terrasse at street level.

* The house is set in enclosed terrace area with travertin foor of aprox 400m².
* The newly built swimming pool is ideal for lazy afternoons. There are sun loungers for you to relax. It is heated from april to october and secured with an electric cover
* At the rear side of the house, the large terrace has a table and chairs, an outdoor sink, an electric bbq, and a large blind for al fresco dining.
* There is another large terrace area at the front side of the house
* private secured garage for 1 car and large parking area free of charge only 50m away

Superbe maison superbement rénovée avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité, très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres, salles de bain et literie tout est impeccable. Nous espérons pouvoir retourner, en période estivale, dans cette belle propriété pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur notamment de la piscine. Encore un grand merci à Sabine pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.
