Nesteld in a picturesque hamlet, LA GRANGE DE BARAN is an authentic Perigord barn tastefully renovated.
INDOOR DESCRIPTION:
Set on 3 level and within a total living area of more than 120m², LA GRANGE DE BARAN offers on the groundfloor:
* a spacious living room divided on 3 different spaces :
- a formal dining area
- a cosy sitting room with large leather corner sofa, coffee table and large TV screen
- an open plan style kitchen (fully renovated in February 2024) on the entire width of the room.
The french windows open onto the terrace and garden.
* Toilet with washbasin completes this floor.
From the living room, the wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor where are:
* A first double bedroom with two single 90cm wide beds (they can set together to form a large double bed) two bedside tables, a large built in wardrobe with closet space, a school desk and a chair.
* A second double bedroom with a double pull-out bed of 160cm wide, two bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and wooden shelves.
* These two bedrooms share a shower room with a shower unit, a washbasin and toilet.

OUTDOOR DESCRIPTION
Although the barn offers a most charming interior, it is probably outside that you will appreciate even more the charm of the property.
* At the front of the house, the terrace is equipped with a small table perfect for breakfasts in the sun.
* A second semi-covered terrace, with a huge wooden table and 8 seats is also at your disposal for long lively tables, well protected from the sun during these hot days and cooler evenings in mid-season
* The vast garden, romantic to perfection, invites you to daydream and "idleness" in the shade of small dry stone walls. Closed wall it offers perfect security for young children and your 4-legged companion.
* Not forgetting of course the indispensable private pool and its pool house, promise of refreshing swims to the returns of so many excursions that offer the immediate surroundings of the house. Measuring 12mx6m and 1.2 to 3m deep, it is equipped with an electric roller shutter offering optimal safety and allowing to retain heat at night. Deckchairs and parasols are at your disposal.

 | Dit huis is geweldig! Het heeft ruimte, ligt rustig, is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een droom van een tuin met als beloning een geweldig zwembad. Daarbij heb je een prachtige ruimte om buiten te eten en te bbq-en. Er is zelfs een aparte wasruimte. Dit alles bijzonder smaakvol aangekleed en ingericht. Kortom: droomplek! |
