A beautiful stone property, with private heated pool, just a stone’s throw from the pretty village of Daglan. 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
This typical Perigordine stone house is situated near to Daglan and the Dordogne Valley, ideally situated for discovering the area. Set on two levels, it has two distinct bedroom areas making it ideal for two families travelling together.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

* The magnificent kitchen, with painted wooden units, dining table, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
* a first lounge, with large corner sofa, armchair and a traditional open fireplace
* a dining area complete with round table and 8 chairs.
The first sleeping area is situated on the ground floor and proposes:
* a magnificent master bedroom with large double bed, chest of drawers and armchair. This bedroom benefits from french doors which open directly onto the terrace.
* A double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
* A shower room with large walk in shower, and double washbasin
* A separate toilet with washbasin complete this floor
* A laundry room with washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find:
* A fabulous huge living room with two sofas and armchairs; and a flat screen TV. French doors open onto the terrace, garden and pool area.
The second sleeping area is situated on this level and accessible via the lounge.
* An extremely spacious master bedroom with large double bed, bedside tables and lamps. It benefits from a private shower, washbasin and bidet.
* A fourth and last bedroom offers a large double bed and two single beds nestled under the eves, chest of drawers and lamps
* A separate shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The house is set in extensive grounds, and has great south west views over the rolling countryside.
The large heated pool is set behind the house, and benefits from sun all day long. Its surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The final temperature of the water depends on the meteorological conditions.
A courtyard is situated in front of the house and offers a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a further sitting area, ideal for an aperitif whilst watching the sun set!
Private parking for up to 4 cars.

 | Hautes Vignes is a well appointed spacious, and comfortable property. It has impressive outside area’s with always somewhere to grab the last of the days rays and relax with a glass of wine. Close to two Restaurants in Daglan just a short drive away; and numerous others in the vicinity to explore – all friendly and welcoming ! |
| Lovely old farmhouse set in its own grounds in the French countryside of the Dordogne. It has two lounges both with TV’s so if you’re a large party you won’t feel on top of each other. Traditional kitchen which is well equipped with plenty of cooking paraphernalia, microwave, massive fridge, small freezer, oven dishes etc. The veranda has a large table for alfresco dinning, oh I nearly forget it has gas BBQ which the Guys loved! Fabulous pool which I estimate is at least 17ft, with sun loungers, parasols, bistro sets, and gazebo for those seeking shade. It really is a peaceful location but yet it’s only a 4 minutes’ drive to the nearest restaurant of which there are many in the area. Daglan is the closest, which is an attractive medieval town so French its adorable. Extra’s include board games books DVD’s, a washing machine, and of course it has Wi-Fi. All in all an ideal retreat for a relaxing stay. |
| We stayed at the villa for one week in June, it was spacious, clean and had lots of character. It is surrounded by the peaceful countryside, with only distant noises of sheep, it really was the definition of a relaxing French countryside break! The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the outside seated areas and around the pool. The pool itself was a fantastic size and not too breathtakingly cold. There are idyllic little villages all in 10-20 minute driving distance. I would recommend checking the opening-closing time of restaurants if you are coming this time of year as some are not open late or for dinner. The Annexxe was a great little spot down in Daglan, under a 10 min drive away. Thanks for having us! |
| Excellent week-end très reposant. Le logement est conforme aux photos, l'environnement est superbe et la maison très grande. Les espaces nuits sont très bien séparés et très calmes même à 10 personnes. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé et les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. Il a fait beau et la grande piscine chauffée a été très appréciée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. |
