Nestled on the hillside of Beynac, at the end of a small dead end road, LA BELLE VIE is a purely haven of peace. Nothing will disturb your tranquillity here ... except the singing of the birds and the visit of the deers!
Located in a dominant position, the view offered over the Dordogne valley below and on the Castles of Beynac, Fayrac and Marqueyssac, deserves all the superlatives... you will enjoy it from morning to evening, comfortably installed on the large covered terrace or near its beautiful private heated pool.
INDOOR DESCRIPTION:

In a total area of 130m², the house offers on the groundfloor:
* A spacious and bright living room organized in three distinct spaces:
- lounge area with large corner sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV.
- dining area with table and 6 seats for lunch indoors, dresser.
- fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher/oven/oven microwave/stove 4 burners/ coffee maker/ Nespresso machine/toaster/ kettle...)
* First large double bedroom with 160cm wide bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. It has an en suite bathroom with shower and a wahsbasin.
* Adjacent separate toilet.
* A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing set and a large fridge/freezer complete this level.
Upstairs are organized successively:
* A second double bedroom with 160cmx200cm bed, bedside table and dresser.
* A third bedroom with two single beds 90cm wide, which can be joined together on request to form a large bed 180cm wide
* A bathroom with walk-in shower and a wahsbasin
* A separate toilet

Although the house is charming and comfortable, it is certainly on outside that you will spend most of your time, lulled by the birds'singings and the sounds of nature.
* The large semi-covered wooden terrace is equipped with a table and a comfortable garden furniture, allowing you to dine under the stars. A barbecue is available.
* In its extension, the 9x4.5m private pool invites you to refreshing swims. For the comfort of our guests the pool is secured with an electric submerged shutter, treated with salt, and heated from May to late September at 25 degrees minimum.
* Large garden of 5000m2, bordered by woods and meadows.
* Private parking for 2 to 3 cars
And from everywhere: the view, the view and still the view!

| Je viens de rentrer après des vacances fantastiques à La Belle Vie. La maison était absolument parfaite pour ce dont nous avions besoin. La vue et les environs étaient spectaculaires et le meilleur de tout l'emplacement était calme et paisible. Nous avons passé la plupart du temps à nager dans la belle piscine et à nous détendre. Je recommanderais vivement cette maison. Merci |
