  Unlike a simple "concierge", en toutes saisons offers you the guarantee of a professional service, duly supervised by law. 
  
  In accordance with the legal obligations of the law n°70-9 of 2 January 1970, we are holders of the professional card "Real Estate Management" which guarantees both our holidaymakers and our owners a let in complete quietness (and legacy!)
  
  "en toutes saisons" is also insured wih a professionnal civil liabilty contract for its profession, with the insurance company AXA FRANCE IARD, according to the obligations fixed by the law.
  
  
  
• Secured payments:
  
  The funds are paid into an escrow account insured by the mutual guarantee society of real estate professionals, SOCAF, for an amount of 390,000 €.
  
  Rents can be paid by credit card via the SSL secure protocol, or by bank transfers.
