Organized on two levels, LE SECHOIR offers on the groundfloor:

* A large living room bathed in light offering a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machines and Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher) with dining area.
Its sliding windows open onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool, offering a communication "inside-out" ideal in summer.
* A TV lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, Smart TV with flat screen.
* A laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron board and iron
* A separate toilet with hand wash.
The quiet sleeping area is set at first floor :
* A first master bedroom offers a large double bed, two bedside lamps, a wardrobe/ closet.
* It enjoys its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
* Opposite the corridor, the second master bedroom offers the same sleeping configuration and also benefits from its own private shower-room
* In the middle, the two double bedrooms each offer two single beds 80*190cm - which can be joined into a large 160cm wide double bed- and a single bed in mezzanine, accessible by a miller’s ladder (child from 10 years).
Separated by a large sliding door, these two rooms can communicate with each other.

The second sleeping area, located at first floor, consists of three separate rooms:

High chairs, cots, baby dishes and three small bikes are available to our youngest holidaymakers.

* The large enclosed garden of 2500m2 offers many grassy areas, ideal for ball games, a trampoline and a bowling alley.
* The essential pool of 4x8m, is equipped with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Its electric shutter offers optimal safety for children. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is heated from May to the end of September. *** The pool is reserved for the sole and exclusive use of LE SECHOIR's guests***
* Overlooking the pool, the large covered terrace allows 12 guests to have lunch outside in the warm summer sun. A large plancha is at your disposal.
* The parking space allows the parking of 4 vehicles in the property. Two electric charging stations are available to our guests (available at extra cost)
