This recently renovated stone cottage offers comfortable and quality accommodation. With its 2 bedrooms, private enclosed garden and lovely heated pool it is ideal for a couple or small family.
Situated in a pretty hamlet, typical of the Perigord Noir, the house, garden and pool are completely private.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

- A veranda
- the spacious and comfortable lounge with sofas, lamps, buffet, coffee table and lamps. There is a flat screen smart TV; and internet WiFi access. There is a pellet wood burner making it very cosy in winter months.
- an equally spacious kitchen/diner is newly renovated and extremely well equipped with a wooden table and 6 chairs; built in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer; electric hob; dishwasher; washing machine; coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
- through the veranda you access the downstairs shower room with toilet and washbasin, and also the washing machine
A staircase leads to the first floor where a small landing gives access to:
- a double bedroom, with an extra large double bed (180cm wide), large wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
- a bedroom with a large double bed (160cm) and one single bed, wardrobe and lamps
- a separate toilet completes this floor
From the master bedroom, a staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find a family bathroom with bath, shower over, and vanity unit
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

- the private pool of 5m x 4m is heated from May to September and has sun loungers and parasols ideal for relaxing afternoons
- a terrace with retractable blind offers shade from the midday sun, and is an ideal spot for an aperitif with its table and chairs
- the small garden has a lawned area and is completely fenced in for the safety of our younger guests (and our four legged friends!)
- Private parking for two cars

| Wonderful place to stay!! Location is very quiet but within 15mins drive of Domme, Beynac and Sarlat. Kids loved the pool after hot days out, dog loved the enclosed garden. Tons of things to do from swimming, kayaking, great towns and markets, caves, walks.. Agency is very attentive to help out with any enquiries. |
