Having just undergone a high-quality restoration, the house harmoniously combines the charm of the old stones with a light and bright modern layout and brand new equipment.
With its 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms it is ideal for up to 8 guests.
Outdoors, you will enjoy its large enclosed garden, its equipped terrace and the panoramic view that is offered to you.

INSIDE DESCRIPTION

Built in the former stone part of LES MAISONS DE JEANNE, the house LES OIES offers on the ground floor:
* A second large living room, with a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 8 people and again a fully equipped kitchen.
Its glass door gives access to the second terrace.
* A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
* A separate toilet with hand wash.

The second sleeping area, located at first floor, consists of three separate rooms:
* A master suite, furnished with a large double in 160cmx200cm, two bedside tables, a wardrobe.
* It has its own en suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit
* separate toilet is available there
* A double room with a large double bed, bedside tables and storage
* A seventh and last room "dorm", with two single beds and a bunk bed, allows the sleeping of 2 to 4 guests.
* A fourth shower-room with walk-in shower and vanity unit with two washbasins complete the property.

High chairs, cots, baby dishes and three small bikes are available to our youngest holidaymakers.


OUTSIDE:

* The large enclosed garden of 2500m2 offers many grassy areas, ideal for ball games, a trampoline and a bowling alley.
* The private terrace at the front of the house is furnished with an ironed table and 8 chairs and a large umbrella. A plancha is at your disposal.
* The parking space allows the parking of up to 3 vehicles in the property. Two electric charging stations are available to our guests (available at extra cost)

The house LES OIES is semi detached with LE SECHOIR des MAISONS DE JEANNE but does remain fully private. Each house enjoys its own terrace and are fully private. A double soundproof air lock separates the two houses on the inside.
