* A large open kitchen perfectly equipped with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils in generous number.
Its dining area with table and 6 seats allow you to dine inside.
A laundry area with washing machine is available in thgat room.
* Few steps lead to the first double bedroom, elegantly furnished with a large double bed in 160cmx200cm, bedside tables, built in closet and a large clothes rack. Its glassed door gives access to the front of the house and the terrace area.
* Adjacent is a shower room with a shower and a wash basin
* There are toilet at that level
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where are elegantly arranged:
* A cosy living room with a new sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and large flat screen TV, arranged around the splendid stone fireplace (for decorative use only).
* The second bedroom offers two single 90cmx200cm beds that can be joined to form a large double bed, two bedside tables and chest with drawers.
