Nestled on the heights of the pretty medieval village of St Cyprien, at the crossroads of the Dordogne and the Vézère valleys, The VILLA DES QUATRE TOURS offers the perfect place for a quality stay in the heart of the Black Périgord. Although the house is located in the greatest calm, the shops, restaurants and superb Sunday market of the village are within a 800m easy walk.

The VILLA DES QUATRE TOURS offers on the ground floor:
* A superb living room of more than 45m², bathed in light thanks to its 4 large windows leading onto the garden. The room is organized into two spaces:
- A comfortable sitting area, with a large corner sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, book-shelves and a desk. large flat TV screen, Hifi and Internet are available. Board games, lot of books and games for children are also available for our guests.
- A dining area with a buffet, wooden table and ten seats.
* A small -but not less perfectly equipped- kitchen with an induction hob 3 fires, large fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, robot mixer... and everything for you to cook the local fresh products brought from the nearby markets.
From the living room, the corridor leads to the first sleeping area, where are successively:
* A first double bedroom particularly spacious, and furnished with a large double 160cm wide bed, a table and bedside table, two bedside lamps, a secretary cabinet and storage shelves.
* A family room with a double bed, a single bed, a bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers and shelves.
* These first two rooms share a shower room accessible from both sides, with a walk in shower and a vanity unit.
* At the end of the corridor, and preceded by a large dressing room, the master bedroom offers a large double 160cm bed, two bedside tables and lamps, two shelves, a chest of drawers.
* Itenjoys its own open bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub and tiled walk-in shower.
Each room has a french door overlooking the front of the garden.
* Separate toilet with hand basin completes that level.
The second sleeping area is located on the first floor, accessible from the large spiral staircase. It leads to :
* A fourth double bedroom with a 140cm wide bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a small corner cabinet and storage shelves.
* The bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room with a vanity unit, a tiled walk in shower and toilet.
* Interconnected with the double bedroom and shower room ( so you have to cross the room and the bathroom to access it), a small children bedroom has a bunk bed, storage shelves and toys
The laundry room, with washing machine, ironing-table, iron and second fridge/ freezer is accessible in the garage.
OUTSIDE:

* The large garden of 2000m2 offers beautiful grassy areas and an activity portico with swing and small slide, for the pleasure of the little ones.
* On the edge of the dining room, the terrace is furnished with a large extending table that allows 12 people to easily have lunch outside. A large Weber (charcoal) barbecue is at your disposal.
* The beautiful 11x5m swimming pool with stairs is of course reserved for your exclusive use. Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, it is the promise of pleasant afternoons. For the comfort of our guests the pool is heated from May to September. Equipped with a barrier preventing access to the smallest, security is optimal.
* 4 to 5 vehicles can easily park in the property. The garage will allow you to put bikes and motorcycles in the shelter.
* And everywhere, from wherever you look, the view, the view ...and again the view ( thank you for note that access to the roof terrace is not allowed for obvious security reasons).
