We just got back to the states after our three week stay at David's house and I practically woke up crying this morning. I assume that if you are looking at this listing you already familiar with Beynac, but in case you aren't: the place is absolute magic. I've not seen EVERY charming village in France, but I have seen many and Beynac is the most beautiful. So there's that. David's house is clean and spacious -- plenty of room for six people, with a great living/dining room and a three-tiered backyard with a stunning view of the Dordogne. We spent our days exploring the neighboring castles or floating down the river on innertubes and our evenings sipping rose on the back patio until the sunset. Dreamy beyond your wildest dreams. Stay here. You will not be disappointed
