INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

The glazed front door opens into a hallway and in turn leads to:
* A spacious and bright open plan, high ceiling, living room comprising:
- A fully fitted modern kitchen, comprising electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a large range of crockery and glassware.
- A beautiful solid wooden dining table with 6 chairs,
- A sitting area with comfortable sofa and armchair, and a flat screen TV. A large french window opens onto the huge raised terrace, and the woodland beyond.
* A double bedroom with large cupboard, bedside tables and lamps, leading on to its private shower room with walk in shower and washbasin.
* A second double bedroom also with cupboards
* A second shower room with washbasin and washing machine
* A separate toilet completes this floor.
From the living room, a lovely industrial style staircase leads to the first floor:
* A children's bedroom with two single beds
