A beautiful stone property, with private heated pool, just a stone’s throw from the pretty village of Daglan. 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
This typical Perigordine stone house is situated near to Daglan and the Dordogne Valley, ideally situated for discovering the area. Set on two levels, it has two distinct bedroom areas making it ideal for two families travelling together.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

* The magnificent kitchen, with painted wooden units, dining table, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
* a first lounge, with large corner sofa, armchair and a traditional open fireplace
* a dining area complete with round table and 8 chairs.
The first sleeping area is situated on the ground floor and proposes:
* a magnificent master bedroom with large double bed, chest of drawers and armchair. This bedroom benefits from french doors which open directly onto the terrace.
* A double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
* A shower room with large walk in shower, and double washbasin
* A separate toilet with washbasin complete this floor
* A laundry room with washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find:
* A fabulous huge living room with two sofas and armchairs; and a flat screen TV. French doors open onto the terrace, garden and pool area.
The second sleeping area is situated on this level and accessible via the lounge.
* An extremely spacious master bedroom with large double bed, bedside tables and lamps. It benefits from a private shower, washbasin and bidet.

The house is set in extensive grounds, and has great south west views over the rolling countryside.
The large heated pool is set behind the house, and benefits from sun all day long. Its surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The final temperature of the water depends on the meteorological conditions.
A courtyard is situated in front of the house and offers a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a further sitting area, ideal for an aperitif whilst watching the sun set!
