Sarlat Truffle Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Truffle Festival will be held on January the 18th and 19th 2025 in Sarlat. What better opportunity to plan a gastronomic weekend in the medieval city, with your partner, family or friends ?

Oenology courses, cooking classes, tastings and culinary competitions honour this exceptional product, which is a symbol the distinctive land of the Périgord noir.

This traditional Sarladaise festival takes place every year at this time, which marks the heart of the annual, and no less famous -, Marché aux Truffes de Sarlat.

It is held every Saturday morning, from December to mid-March: you can discover, taste and buy truffles, the gastronomic gem of the region.

A dedicated room located on Rue Fénelon, opposite the town hall, hosts this authentic market place, that brings together the curious and passionates !

You can delight yourselves of this rare mushroom, by tasting it fresh from the exhibiting truffle farmers, or (re)discovering it, cooked by Sarlat's chefs.
